1. All items remain the property of Books & Things until fully paid for.

2. Any item may be returned within 14 days if not as described, provided it is in the same condition as sent.

3. Standard postage charges (for items up to 1kg) are given to facilitate card payment, but I reserve the right to ask for additional postage charges for heavy items or courier service. For light items, I am not able to alter the standard charge on the website, but on request will send a Paypal invoice showing the correct postage.

4. No information will be divulged to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.
